Birdsong Cold Brew is a curated blend of Smithsonian Bird Friendly® and USDA Organic coffees, dark roasted and coarsely ground specifically for cold brewing at home. The slow, cool brewing process creates a rich, mellow cup with low perceived acidity and plenty of deep coffee flavor.

Enjoy it over ice, dilute it with water or milk, or add your favorite homemade sweetener or cold foam. Each bag supports coffee farms that protect the layered shade habitat migratory birds depend on—because summer may be winding down, but the birdsong is always worth preserving.

How to make cold-brew concentrate

Combine 1 cup of coarse-ground coffee with 4 cups of cold, filtered water.

Stir gently, making sure all the grounds are saturated.

Cover and steep in the refrigerator for 12–18 hours.

Strain through a cold-brew filter, fine-mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth, or coffee filter.

Serve 1 part concentrate with 1 part water or milk, adjusting to taste.

Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 7–10 days.

For a lighter, ready-to-drink batch, customers can simply use more water when serving.
